Steps in the Processing of Your Order

  1. Once the transaction is completed on www.mosracks.com, we send a purchase confirmation email. Check your junk mailbox if you did not receive the confirmation email.
  2. Once your order is entered into our system, we process it within 48 to 72 business hours.
  3. Once your order is processed by our customer service department, it is shipped and we send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that there may be a 24-hour delay before the tracking number is activated by the carrier.
  4. If you still have not received a shipping confirmation within the above-mentioned time frame, please contact us at support@mosracks.com. Before contacting us, please make sure that the email is not in your junk mailbox.

Carriers, Delivery Times, and Rates

Please note that depending on the number of items in your order, it could be sent in several packages. For information purposes only, the delivery time is generally 2 business days or more. Deliveries may vary depending on the carrier, the weight of your package, the shipping location, or the traffic, and are completely out of our control.

If you have a MOS promotional code, the shipping discount will be applied in your shopping cart once the code is applied, if applicable. In the event of a return or refund, shipping charges are not refundable. Please refer to our return and refund policy for the terms and conditions related to the return of MOS products.

You can verify the status of your order by using the tracking number you received when you placed your order on www.mosracks.com. Please make sure that the delivery confirmation emails are not in your junk mailbox.

If your package is lost, contact the carrier’s customer service department to verify the status of the delivery.

MOS is not responsible for carrier delivery delays or problems. The service guarantee may be suspended, modified, or revoked at the sole discretion of the carrier. Where a shipment does not meet the carrier’s terms and conditions, the carrier reserves the right to (i) refuse to transport such shipment (ii) cancel or discontinue the transportation of such shipment (iii) claim and bill the customer for shipping charges.

MOS shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from any delay, error in delivery or failure to deliver by the carrier and shall be released from any claim or liability arising from carrying or delivering dangerous goods or goods which do not conform to the carrier’s instructions. The carrier may charge an additional fee for shipments that require special handling. These additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping rates and surcharges are determined by the carrier and are subject to the terms of the agreement. Service rates and surcharges do not include applicable customs clearance fees.
