MOS Return and Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions

In the event that your MOS product does not meet your needs, our refund policy allows you to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and in new condition in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be presented for all return and refund requests.

Return and refund requests will only be processed by MOS for purchases made through our website at mosracks.com or through our sales team. For the purchases of MOS products from authorized retailers, please contact the retailer’s customer service department directly for their return policy.

Always contact the retailer where you purchased your MOS products before returning them. Products returned without prior request will not be accepted. Returns after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted. MOS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the terms and conditions outlined in our User Guide and Warranty policy. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded by MOS.

Return procedures

For products purchased from an authorized MOS retailer, contact the retailer’s customer service department directly for the return procedure. For products purchased directly from MOS, follow these steps:

Send us your claim information using the form below. Requests may take up to 10 business days to process. Once your refund request has been processed and accepted by our customer service department, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for returning the product.

If the product needs to be returned, make sure to:

  • Clean the product and put it back in its original packaging.
  • Include a copy of proof of purchase (invoice or delivery slip) in the return box.
  • Include the User Guide, documents received with the product and all moving parts in the box.
  • Affix the shipping label to the return box if you are having the product delivered by a carrier.
  • Return the product to the drop-off point or have it delivered.

Once the product is received and verified by MOS, customer service will ensure that the product meets the return requirements and is in new condition for resale. If so, you will receive your refund from your credit card issuer within 10 business days.

Damage and Breakage

Always inspect the products upon receipt and contact the customer service department at the point of purchase immediately if there are any errors with your order, defects, or breakage. Refer to our Warranty and User Guide to assess the problem. Never install or use a defective or broken product.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of the following products:

  • gift and promotional cards,
  • items in liquidation or on sale,
  • replacement parts not covered by the warranty.
