Return or refund request

In the event that your MOS product does not fit your needs, our refund policy allows you to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. Return and refund requests will only be processed by MOS for purchases made through our website at mosracks.com or through our sales team. For the purchases of MOS products from authorized retailers, please contact the retailer’s customer service department directly for their return policy.

Before starting a request, make sure you have verified the following elements:

  • Your request meets the criteria set out in our return and refund policy;
  • If your request concerns a lost or misplaced part, consult our spare parts directory to obtain the lost part.

    Well, listen, sometimes you drop a part on the floor, hit your MOS product on the corner of a wall and in the end, the product you send back to us will have slight imperfections... that's ok, but in order to save our customer service team a little work, please help us by simplifying the diagnosis.
